In this phase, we work with your management team to understand your key business drives and challenges. We also use this step to corroborate the training objectives of the program with the key objectives laid down by the client Organization.

Every Tool/Technique is followed by a practical exercise – First exercise generic in nature, used world - wide and second designed as per Organization’s challenges, it could be derived from the Participants group or could be extracted at the analysis phase.
At this stage, the workshop is implemented. The typical implementation flow is as follows:
• The Consultant speaks with core management team or the business heads or the HR team co-ordinating 2 weeks prior to the workshop to understand their needs, issues and learning objectives.
• The Consultant delivers the workshop.
During this phase, there are two areas of focus:
• Gathers feedback forms from the Participants and prepare an evaluation report, which is submitted to the Client Organization for review.
• Mastering any new skill, process or technique requires practice and reinforcements.

The best approach to further develop the skills learned during the workshops is to focus on 2 – 3 key skills, become comfortable using each, and then move on to another set of 2 – 3 skills.
