In this phase we work with your management team to understand your key business challenges . We also use this step to corroborate the training objectives of the program with the key objectives laid down by the client.
Edward de Bono Programs are copyright protected courses and the design and content of the workshop applicable universally. Every tool / technique is followed by an exercise. First, generic in natrure, and used world wide and second designed as per the organisation challenges, it could be generated from the participant group or could be extracted at the analysis stage.
de Bono Courses has all the manuals and workbooks in the digital format with an interactive usability and application.
Two weeks prior to the workshop implemenation process starts. Pre-course reading material will be shared among the participants. Pre talks with the business head to understand the learning objectives/ challenges and same will be addressed during the workshop to give results.
In this phase which is the end of the learning session. We form FATCAT teams (Fixed assigned task creative action teams) Assignments / projects will be shared with the teams with time duration of 6-9 weeks. Feddback and Evaluation reports will be submitted to the client along with the participation certificates.
The best approcah to further develop the skills learned during the workshop. FATCAT teams are formed for the same reason. To keep practising and implement the tools. Our best evaluation reports comes when participants gives results. To know from them how they are using it we give complimentary follow-up session.
